If you are unable to do so, and elect to submit a hard copy instead, please

using regular mail, send the paper to:

E-mail: guellouzs@aecl.ca
Please, make sure it reaches us earlier than the deadline in order to allow
time for scanning.
Important Notes:
- The April 21 is a firm deadline for inclusion in the proceedings. There
cannot be any guarantee of your paper being included if it is received after
the deadline, as the time is tight for CD production.
- Please indicate the name of the person who will be presenting the paper
at the conference.
- This year, we are asking that there be one early registration
(presumably, for the presenter) for each paper submitted to the conference.
Kindly fill out a registration form, available via the CNS website at www.cns-snc.ca,
and send it by mail or fax to the CNS office by the April 21 deadline.
- Full Paper Format: In order that we may produce proceedings with
a uniform look, please follow as closely as possible the "Detailed
Instructions for Paper Preparation" (pdf 19kb) (also available via
the CNS website at www.cns-snc.ca).
- Special Requirements for Presentations: The meeting rooms for the presentations
are equipped with standard overhead projectors. Please let us know in advance
if you need other AV equipement, such as a slide projector or VCR.and TV,
etc. We will also make every effort to allow electronic presentations, but
the logistics require that you advise us well in advance if you need such
equipment for your presentation.
